Interested Buyers are advised to inspect the condominium Unit and Project to determine the actual features, dimensions and square footages and to consult with the Developer as to other elements important to the purchase.

There are no protected views in the Project, and the Units are not assured the existence or unobstructed continuation of any particular view.  Future development or landscaping on adjacent or nearby properties may impair the view from the Units.

Restaurants and other business establishments and/or any operators of the same referenced herein are subject to change at any time, and no representations regarding restaurants, businesses and/or operators within the Project are being made. Restaurants, and/or other business establishments, are anticipated to be operated from the commercial components of the Project, which will be offered for sale to third parties. The use of the commercial spaces will be at the discretion of the purchasers of those spaces and there is no assurance that they will be used for the purposes, and/or with the operators, named herein.

Box 844, Jackson, WY  83001.  The owner and developer of the condominium Units herein being marketed is CCC’s Ranch Inn, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and all references to “Developer” shall be deemed to refer to such entity. CCC’s Ranch Inn, LLC is part of the family of related but independent companies affiliated with Crystal Creek Capital Fund I, LLC.  “Crystal Creek Capital” is a service mark of Crystal Creek Capital, LLC.  CCC’s Ranch Inn, LLC is a separate, single-purpose entity that is solely responsible for all of its obligations and liabilities, and it is not the agent of Crystal Creek Capital Fund I, LLC or any other entity.  Any obligation or liability of CCC’s Ranch Inn, LLC shall be satisfied solely from the assets of CCC’s Ranch Inn, LLC.
